Ok all. February’s rules. I’m posting definitions this month.

1. Out of bounds: When is a ball out of bounds? When ALL of it is out of bounds. Not just a little or on the line.
2. Marking:  “marking out of bounds” only white lines or white stakes are used.
3. Stakes, fences, railings, walls marking golf course boundary’s or out of bounds are NOT moveable obstructions.
4. You ARE allowed to stand out of bounds to play a stroke at a ball that IS in bounds.
5. A line or stake painted white, marking “out of bounds” are “out of bounds”
